- Square Footage: MIN 1200 SQFT - MAX 4000 SQFT
- Max 3 stories plus basement, can be one story Ranch style
- Will include site plan, foundation plan, floor plans, elevations, section view, renderings
- MUST INCLUDE/CONSIDER: (CLICK HERE FOR SPEC SHEET)
- Traffic flow
- Site Plan/Topography
- 1 Kitchen - Work Triangle
- 1 Dining area
- 1 Bathroom - Most homes need a bathtub
- 1 Living/Family Room (average 250 sqft)
- 1 Bedroom - Must have window and closet (min size 100 sqft)
- Utilities (Laundry/Furnace/Hot Water/Etc.)
- Main entry way - Storage at entry
- Service entry - Storage at carport/garage
- Hallways ( Min width 36")
- Roof line with no overlap and correct slope (pitch)
- Proper stair construction
- rise/Riser min 7" - max 7 5/8"
- run/tread min 10 " - max 12" (this can be larger but would be uncomfortable to walk)
